I had the best experience ever at Gladstone Mitsubishi. This place rocks Justin is amazing he did everything right he was attentive to detail he worked with me he wasn't pushy he did everything right he is knowledgable Patient good at communicatingIt's almost like customer service doesn't exist like this anymore. And when you walk into a car dealership you definitely don't expect customer service to get better. We all have this misconception of what car dealers are like and we all judge them. This place is definitely different I have bought a lot of cars and With a lot of car dealerships and car salesman. I went in knowing what car I wanted to look at and after seeing it I decided I wanted to buy it but I have a weird financial situation and the car I wanted just wouldn't fit into the payments that would work for me. They were able to bring the price of the car down as much as they could and it was a lot and they just couldn't make it work for me. I had to walk away! I told Justin what I wanted and what my specifics were and he said OK I'll keep an eye out for you. We exchanged several text messages and he sent me pictures of certain cars and I went back down there to look at two other cars and they just didn't work for me. After several weeks of working together he sent me two pictures on one day and there were it was the perfect car the perfect price and everything I asked for. I sent my significant other to go look at it and they brought it to me see it. I bought it that evening. I was in and out in 45 minutes.Justin listened, he paid attention to the details of what I was looking for, he was attentive to my needs and patience with me and not pushy and all-around just fantastic. I would send anybody to this dealership the financial guys that do the finalizing paperwork were super nice and the guys that were going back-and-forth in the secret room that you never see, those guys were all super nice I dealt with two of them.Just an all-around amazing experience thanks so much Justin I'll send anybody to you.~Carol
