Gladstone Mitsubishi Review By Caroline Knight

I have recently filed for bankruptcy, I surrendered my vehicle as part of it. I received an advertisement from Gladstone Mitsubishi, so I called and spoke with Debra. She was pleasant and helpful. I went to their website to look at their selection of used cars. I found a 2012 VW Passat that I liked.We did the whole purchase over the phone, I did not test drive the car and can say I was nervous since I'd never done anything like this before. We started on Saturday and I got the car on Wednesday, they drove it 300 miles to Grants Pass to deliver it to me. It is exactly as pictured and is in excellent condition.I was assured by Debra if I didn't like the car I could get another.My financing is as I thought it would be, my interest rate was better than I thought it would be.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I requested a second set of keys and she refused to get it for me. Otherwise, I'm extremely happy with my experience. It was easy, Debra was knowledgeable and helpful in anyway she could be, except for the extra set of keys, which by the way is going to cost $250, and I'm sure she could have gotten them at dealer cost if she had chosen to.
