Update 7/18/2014: A special Thanks To Jered and Mike for finally getting me financed on my Mini Cooper and they came thru for me. There's some good and some not good new about this Dealership. First off, I was looking for a specific Mini Cooper and they had it on their lot. Came down on 4th of July and pretty much the only customer there. I would say that my experience with the salesman was crappy and I knew about the car more than him. Had a dead battery when I went to test drive it. His excuse was it's ok, probably the service guys left the doors open during their "something point inspection" After some back and forth, they were able to get me out of my car which I was a little upside down on but not much, and get the payments where I wanted. Drove out of there with my dream car, but oh wait, the battery was dead again. Salesman assure me it just need to be ran for a bit to charge the battery. Drove it home to show my wife and excited kids and........DEAD BATTERY! I had to purchase a quick jump battery starter to get me thru the weekend before I called the service on Monday. Good new here: I called at 8am, told them the situation, drove there at lunch and they inspected on the spot and replaced with new battery. Everything good and didn't pay for anything. Bad news" I've had the car now for 8 days and drove up to Seattle to show off my car to relatives. I'm up in North Seattle of freeway and car dies. Managed to pull off to side street. Didn't know what to do because I'm so far away and on the weekend. Spent all afternoon getting car towed to Seattle Mini Cooper dealership which they told me originally they couldn't look at the car till Monday. Got there and they were nice enough to diagnose it with a bad fuel line and replaced it. Good new: Seattle Mini called up Gladstone Mitsubishi and told them of the problem and Gladstone took care of the bill right on the spot. I made it home at 1:45am after it was all said and done. Bad news: I get a call today from Gladstone and notified me that they still have not been able to find financing for me (almost 2 weeks after I drove away) After all that I have been thru with this car, I don't even have the benefit of calling it my own????? Now that I think about it, OF COURSE they took care of the bill, they still OWN it! I hope this turns out well because I really do love the car and I now have been emotionally attached to this thing since all the stuff we have already been thru. Not to mention the accessories I've already purchased for the car, thinking the financing part was done. Not once did I get a phone call from anyone except for today and said they were having trouble getting me financed. Like I said I hope this turns out well but I'm getting extremely nervous.
