We had a positive experience at Gladstone Mitsubishi. We worked with Justin Valente, who was attentive, answered our questions, and worked well with us. Any questions we had were answered and concerns were addressed. It was a painless experience and I hate car shopping. The staff have a great sense of humor and we never felt pressured during the process.
