After locating the used car online that my grandson wanted, I called for its availability and spoke with Kai. He was very personable and later set up our test drive appointment for the following day. When we arrived we were introduced to our sales representative, Dave. We absolutely experienced NO PRESSURE during the test drive and paperwork process. He was forthcoming and answered our questions thoroughly. Then Barry, the finance guy, guided us through the process, making sure we understood everything we were signing. The entire process was handled in a timely and "no hassle" manner. We very much appreciated that. So, yes, I would recommend this dealership and the professional team of Kai, Dave, and Barry very highly. Who knew that buying a car could actually be a pleasant and fun experience!!!
