Gladstone Suzuki - Auto Truck Source 18500 SE Mcloughlin Blvd,Milwaukie, OR 97267USAI came in to just see what they had to offer, with no real plans to by a new car. our Salesman Eddie Roberts was great. not pushy and listened to what we wanted and or needed to fit our lifestyle. we decided to trade both our cars in for a ford explorer and we just love it. Eddie was able to get us the deal on our terms. but my only problem was, i have had to go back 4 times to resign papers on the car at their error. each time with a different monthly payment, so i think they should get their financing department more ontop of things, thats doesnt make for such a good opinion of them. I believe the best part of this whole experience was the Salesman Eddie Roberts, if it wasnt for him i would have backed out and gone elsewhere. on the positive side, they paid for all my gas each time i had to go back in to resign.
