While I was deployed to the Middle East, my wife and I found a truck that we liked that was advertised on the USAA car buying app. At the time, it was way out of our price range. One of the salesmen (Christian Williams) emailed me and asked what I was interested in. I told him the truck we were looking at and told him that it was too expensive and that I wasn't really interested at that point. About two months later I got an email from him again telling me that the truck had dropped in price. It was still too expensive for my liking and I told him thanks but no thanks. He told me that he would let me know if the priced dropped anymore. I didn't expect to hear anything else from him. About a month after that interaction I got another email from him telling me that the truck price was reduced again! This time it was in my price range. (Talk about excellent customer service) Long story short, Christian Williams was able to set my wife and I up with an amazing truck for a great deal, all while I was deployed to the Middle East. Great customer service! I've never met any of them in person but I'm sure they are great people too just by the experience that I've had with them over email. GO GET A VEHICLE FROM THEM!
