I came in looking for a truck and the salesman Shawn was excellent to deal with. Very low pressure, answered all my questions. When it came down to financing Elliott was easy to deal with and made it a smooth transistion all the way to the paperwork with Mario. I was in and out very fast.You can really tell alot about the true service after you buy a car. Since I bought the truck before inspection I was told write a list in case we missed something during the walk around. I brought the truck back and service department literally held onto my truck for a week n a half with no explanation just well it is at detail. Items on my list were of safety matters, like gouges down my driver side window, service was going to let me have it that way after so called vehicle inspection. Im still dealing with the scratch across the winshield in my direct view. The steering is failing so now need to get that fixed. The safety bumper sensors on front n back dont work, was told by Mario he didn't care that they were not made of money to fix safety problems, good to know. When the truck was finally done from detail, found new scratch on fender and burn mark, not to mention service did not tell me my truck was done. The dealership knowing it was gone this long not evem offering anything to make this right or show me the service that was done or car fax. Service dept sucks an nice to know Im out more money to get my other vehicle insured to be back on road since they had it so long. Frustrated and will be referring friends elsewhere due to Mario being disrespectful who didn't even tell me how to get my rental car money back from a rental he said was included in a bad detail job
