Each time I decide to trade in my car and get a new one- I cringe. I have not had very good experiences in the past.I CAN TELL YOU THAT THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH GLADSTONE MITSUBISHI WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A DEALERSHIP!!!DAVE WAS OUR SALES EXPERT AND HE WAS AMAZING!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU REQUEST DAVE TO ASSIST YOU IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GOING TO GLADSTONE MITSUBISHI TO LOOK FOR YOUR NEXT VEHICLE!!Next time I decide to get a new car I will definitely go straight to him. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything that I wanted in a car and that I left satisfied with my decision and that I was happy. I couldn't be any more happy with my purchase!! It was pouring down rain outside and he must have found at least 10 different cars for me to look at (he was walking around in terrible weather to make sure I saw every car that interested me, and he brought the cars under a sheltered area for me to look at where the weather would not affect me). He made the best of the weather and kept me smiling and laughing throughout the entire experience. He was patient with me as I was having difficulty making up my mind, and made sure I understood everything that came with the different vehicle options. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles that we looked at and was able to answer every question that I asked. He even went out of his way to give me two sets of prices- a lower price and what that vehicle would be equipped with, and then a higher price and what it included. I felt like they valued me as a customer and because of that I was treated fairly on my trade in. I did not feel pressured to make a decision that night (which I have always felt that way at other dealerships in the past), and in turn, this made it easier for me to narrow down my choices and ensure that I got exactly what I wanted! I was so grateful for that!!!!The paperwork usually drives me insane, but it was straight to the point, efficient and easy!!! I was so grateful that Gladstone Mitsubishi made this new car experience an enjoyable, relaxing and easy one!!!!
