My experience at Gladstone Mitsubishi was better than I initially anticipated.Upon my arrival I was greeted by a smiling salesman with a good attitude, almost immediately. The gentleman gladly notified my salesman of my appointment and I spent no time waiting for him to meet on the lot to discuss our prior conversations of what I was needing, and why I was there. Chase had a very kind demeanor and not once made me feel taken advantage of or pressured to make any decision. Making the entire process a fun and relaxed experience until he had to hand me over to other gentlemen to finalize the purchase. The only reason I have rated a 4 instead of a 5 was based on the demeanor of the gentleman who "crunches the numbers" Mike? I believe his name was. He was rather...abrasive and indifferent. His job clearly isn't to develop business relationships, but I feel he's more keen on hoping you don't pay attention and tells you one thing to sucker you in; only to later realize he tells you what you want to hear yet have to inquire about price differences later that didn't add up. "Does [Amazon] or [KBB] pay you this $$$$ amount@f0" seems to be his go-to, but really, all we care for is an honest human being who will be straight up with us in the end. Every encounter should matter. Just because you think we're stupid people whom you can get a quick buck off of, doesn't mean you have to treat us as such. We're not all thoroughly educated in the process of buying vehicles and we hope that knowing this, these gentlemen would be more apt to discuss rather than condemn you for later noticing these papers they make you sign are actually OPTIONAL and take full advantage of your nerves and excitement of getting the vehicle. All in all, I am still satisfied with my vehicle and my salesman Chase. Am I upset with myself for not being that pain in the ass reading EVERY WORD before signing and not just taking their word for it? OF COURSE. But I still counted on honesty and it's a shame that it's not standard in this practice.Ask questions. Take your time. There's no rush.
