Everyone at Gladstone Mitsubishi was so kind and very helpful. Big shout out to Jacob for getting me started on my car buying adventure! He answered all of my questions with confidence and I never felt he was being pushy in any way. It was a very casual, relaxed experience. This is the 2nd purchase I have made from them and will continue to go back.

Working with Jake here at Gladstone Mitsubishi was great. He helped with all of my questions especially being from Bend and not able to test drive the truck first. When I got here we had a couple of things that needed fixed and he went and helped me get them fixed. Great experience

Ran across Jake a few times while looking at trucks. Seems that Gladstone often had nice, low mileage trucks that I was interested in.Jake made the process very smooth and he took great care of me. I was shopping 3 trucks at 3 different dealers. He got me the best interest rate and gave me the most for my trade-in. There was a small issue that was overlooked on my part prior to signing. Jake did the right thing and made it right.I will be contacting him when my warranty is up and I'm ready to trade it in for something else.

We bought a used 2018 GMC Sierra Denali from Christian and he made the overall experience flawless!
