I was having a very difficult time finding a vehicle and more importantly, a company to work with my specific needs and Barry Cook at Gladstone Suzuki was AMAZING! I had a wonderful experience dealing with them and their great, hard working staff. They went so far above and beyond for me and truly seemed genuine in trying their hardest to make sure I was COMPLETELY satisfied. I was in contact with Barry personally throughout the week and he continued to reassure me that they would do everything to make it work and they definitely did. I will for sure be a returning customer and would highly suggest anyone looking for a great company and salesman to come to Gladstone Suzuki. If I could give more stars I would... great people.

Gladstone Suzuki - Auto Truck Source 18500 SE Mcloughlin Blvd,Milwaukie, OR 97267USAI came in to just see what they had to offer, with no real plans to by a new car. our Salesman Eddie Roberts was great. not pushy and listened to what we wanted and or needed to fit our lifestyle. we decided to trade both our cars in for a ford explorer and we just love it. Eddie was able to get us the deal on our terms. but my only problem was, i have had to go back 4 times to resign papers on the car at their error. each time with a different monthly payment, so i think they should get their financing department more ontop of things, thats doesnt make for such a good opinion of them. I believe the best part of this whole experience was the Salesman Eddie Roberts, if it wasnt for him i would have backed out and gone elsewhere. on the positive side, they paid for all my gas each time i had to go back in to resign. After having a bad experience across the street at a competitor I instantly got a good vibe from the sales man that greeted me. Jason Nolte was my salesman. I new what car I wanted. He instantly got the keys we went for a drive. No pressure. Sat down and dealt with only Jason. I knew what I could afford for a payment and told him. I actually got a payment $100 a month less then I stated. I Highly recommend Gladstone Suzuki. It was such a good experience that my friend who came with me is going to be returning soon to buy a car there himself.
