I would have to say it was the fastest purchase I had ever done and that the hardest time for me to buy they made it as simple as possible. I thought I was going to have to downgrade and I got an upgrade for less money thank you thank you Michael most of all. He looks like someone that will fight to get the deal done the way you, want then I found out the managers are that way too.
Going to the car lot is not one of the most desirable experiences I look forward to in life but this dealership has changed my opinion entirely. When I first arrived I was wishing to avoid all sales employees and when approached, I told them I was just browsing and gave them the "leave me alone" face. That was, until I spotted my car. I was in love. Now I was forced to talk to one of the sales people and although I wasn't very impressed by his approach, luckily, I met the finance manager, Barry Cook. He made me feel comfortable and for the first time in used car lot history, I trusted him for some odd reason. Probably because he was good at his job and not manipulative like every other salesman out there. I was very impressed by how professional the service was and if it wasn't for Barry Cook I would have left the lot empty handed that day. I have recommended this dealership to multiple friends and I am thankful to have a reliable vehicle. I also know that if I run into any problems with my vehicle in the future, I can rely on them to take care of it. Thank you!! PS. You are buying a used car. Be aware of that when you walk in. Be smart and be prepared for a salesman to try really hard to sell you a car. It's their job. If you walk out of the dealership with a car you didn't really need and a payment plan you cant afford, shame on you. It's your job to make an intelligent decision. If you don't know how to dance with the wolves; 1. Take public transit 2. Try reading a book or two.
Very contrary to others unfortunate experience/negative reviews, my husband and I however had the most FORTUNATE customer come first service/experience. Very hard to believe our sales rep, Matthew Beldon could have been any of the same salesmen from other negative reviews. True to our doubts he wasn't any of those full-on pushy salesmen. Just like any customer we ALL experienced that over pushy/greedy for self profit sales rep that could care less what us customer wants. That very same day before going to Gladstone Mitsubishi we experienced that typical/same old dirty car salesmen tactic at NW auto exchange! Matthew Beldon, can not thank you enough for your true customer come first service. Giving us more than what we had expected! Being a family man himself he looked out for the best of our interest. Very focal on what we specifically wanted, not once ever steered us away to something else/more expensive for his personal gain. Our full respect of straight forward business. No dishonest/unexpected surprises and dirty tactics that we unfortunately experienced just like any customers. In the near future we will again do business and recommend our family/friends/community!
Matt and Don are super friendly, honest and this is a dealership that lives up and exceeds their promises -- very rare in this industry. Highly recommend them for service.
I am kind of surprised at some of the reviews. We bought a Suzuki in 2009.. We took it somewhere else to get oil changes, they put in the wrong kind of oil and really messed up the engine. We took it in and it was still under warranty, they fixed it and it didn't cost us a dime. Since then I have only taken it there for service. We have had no trouble with it having them do the work on it. We've been very happy with how it runs, anytime there's something needing fixed, that's where we take it.
I'm a commuter with high expectations from my vehicles. My new 2015 Outlander Sport from Gladstone Mutsubishi has no windshield glare or blindspots with a fuel friendly engine! I have my salesman, Mr. Dave Gehl to thank for the knowledge and information I needed to decide. This is my second Mitsubishi and I recommend them.
