So I went in to the dealership very skeptical because I have gone to used dealerships and they have sold me lemons. Now the Sales person I went to came very well recommended and respected for his word. when I met him I felt relieved and thankful because he actually listened to what I wanted which was Low miles and good gas mileage.We did the paperwork to see what I was qualified for and came back and said he had a surprise for me. I was giddy I was expecting a slightly used vehicle with about 50000 miles on it. Instead when I walked out a saw Mitsubishi Out-lander Sport 2015. I said wait I am not driving something I am not approved for and can drive of the lot, he said no you have been approved for this.My heart jumped I was instantly in love with the car. I didn't want him to know so I bombarded him with questions about the car and he was on it answered them all like a pro. I was impressed.So I took the car for a test drive and the car glided down the road with ease I was impressed, happy and oh so giddy.So test drive over now and comes the bargaining and signing of paperwork and David Gehl made it easy fun and I had no worries because he said he was going to make this as fast and easy as possibly.I just have to say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a dealership. So I would recommend Gladstone Mitsubishi to anyone that was looking for a car.
Just bought a used Subaru Impreza WRX and loving it. I went in only with intentions of test driving and talking numbers, David and Damon respected that and honored our negotiations when I made the purchase the next day. I bought a Mitsubishi outlander sport from Dave Gehl today. He had so much product knowledge in every car it made it hard to pick one. He made every car sound amazing! He helped me find exactly the car I was looking for. Not pushy at all, but an excellent sales man. I would recommend him to any one in need of a new vehicle.

First off, Dave Gehl gets 5 stars. Ask for him when you shop for a new car at Gladstone Mitsubishi. He was and continues to be great even after our purchase. He always follows through - he does what he says he is going to do. He checks in to make sure we are completely happy with our purchase and answers any questions when they arise. I highly recommend Dave to anyone who wants a great sales experience! Dave's customer service is exceptional! The reason I did not give the dealership 5 stars is due to some concerns with the financing department - I did get the deal I was looking for but when we went in to sign the paperwork, it was full of errors. My name was wrong in multiple places, they listed the wrong county and finally they asked me to sign a BLANK application - you should never ask anyone to sign anything until it is completely filled out and explained to them. They had a copy of my identification, so if they just slowed down, they would be able to get my name right on the forms. In summary, the customer service and sales experience is EXCELLENT. They just need to tighten up their financing team a bit THEN the dealership would receive 5 stars!
