No pressure, easy-going, enjoyable experience.We had to come here to take care of some recalls on our Suzuki. Zero intentions to purchase a new car, and they respected that. While waiting for them to service our car, we browsed the showroom and test drove a car just to do some comparing and research for the distant day that we might be in the market for a car. Again, they were totally chill that we were not buying a car. Great way to pass the time!

Gladstone Mitsubishi was a great experience overall. Dave assisted me in test driving a pre owned MINI JCW (I have a MINI S) and was very friendly and personable throughout the entire experience. I voiced to him up front that I was firm in NOT purchasing a vehicle same day (for various reasons). He respected that and was still willing to crunch numbers with me to find out exactly what my credit/financing/monthly payment/interest potentials were. Dave was willing to add specific stipulations to my rough purchase contract in order to ensure my business. I walked away without the car I wanted - as planned - but with a very high regard for the business/company and a plan to come back on Friday to seal the deal.

I came in with a plan and I wasn't hassled at all. Dave was amazing, helped with every concern I had, didn't haggle with me at all, fixed every problem I presented and made it a great experience. I would and will recommend this dealership and Dave personally to anyone I know. Thank you for making the process smooth.

Dave was the best. Very efficient and super honest. I had the best experience. No pressure and very relaxed when purchasing my vehicle. Alex was so kind and attentive to this customer's needs while waiting for the final touches on the paperwork. Thank you to you both for being so great!!
