I had a great experience buying my very first new car from Gladstone Mitsubishi! Our salesman, Dave was fantastic! He was a very easy going, no pressure salesman willing to answer any and all questions I had. All the staff I interacted with at this dealership were great, even the detailing guy was cracking jokes with us when we were on our way out for a test drive. This dealership impressed me far more than the other Mitsu dealership that I visited, so much that I felt it was more than worthwhile to buy from them even though they are a good 40 minutes further from my home and I intend to bring my new Outlander there for service. Thanks again Dave!

I had a horrible experience at another dealership earlier in the day. I pulled up later than the original time to drive the potential vehicle. I spoke with Kai on the phone, and they had the car pulled up and waiting. I worked directly with Jon, Barry and Steve, all who we're amazing. They weren't pushy at all, which was so greatly appreciated after the place I was prior to.The suv I chose to purchase that night was awesome. Serviced to like new inside and out, including a new oil pan gasket and brakes. I couldn't be happier!I was literally the last customer through the door that night, and these guys went out of their way to make it pleasant. Was even able to score a sweeter finance deal than anticipated!Would highly recommend these guys!

Dave and Joe were awesome! i came from roseburg and they did all the pre-approval online and helped me out on my trade in. when i got to the lot everyone was friendly and not pressuring. great experience overall.
