Seriously an honest and transparent sales process, after a week of car shopping was refreshing. The sales guy was knowledgeable about their inventory and happy to show us the different trim lines so we could narrow down the choices. Interacting with the sales manager and finance guy are usually the worst part of buying a car but it was probably the best part here. They have a straightforward and honest approach that is really appealing. I will start here next time I go car shopping.

A good friend recommended Gladstone Mitsubishi. She said I would not find a better deal, better customer service or a more responsive team - she was right! Scott Williams & David Gehl were very professional and did not waste our time. They offered a great deal, so we had no need to "haggle". This is how car buying should be! I have already referred a friend and will send more to David Gehl and the staff at Gladstone Mitsubishi. Thank you David and Scott - we love our new vehicle!

Edited review. I went back after the GM contacted me regarding my disappointing service in May. He assured me their service processes were under transformation. He was right. My experience this time was a 180 from last time. I got a phone call during the service to let me know about a light bulb that needed replacing and a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied. I was. I will be going back because their mechanics are great and their service is on the upswing.

Several years ago I began my search for a 4 WD Dodge RAM Cummins with the 5.9L diesel engine. I had some specific things I was looking for and was not having much luck. About a year and a half into the search I came across a tabloid and saw a potential vehicle. I went into the dealership and met Barry Cook, one of the salesmen. We looked at the truck in the ad and several others. None fit the bill. Barry and I returned to the showroom and I sat down with him and documented a list of my wants/needs for the truck I was looking for. Over the course of 6 months Barry presented me with a number of trucks coming very close to that list. Soon after I got a text from him telling me to check my eMail where I found a CarFax report and pictures of a truck that had all my requirements. Unfortunately I'd been in and out of the hospital and was not able to go see the truck in person. Learning this Barry then took a rather detailed and complete video including the engine compartment, the undercarriage and all rust spots (I live at the coast and this is a critical factor) and sent that to me. We went back and forth on the phones a couple times with more of my questions and Barry offered to bring the truck all the way from Gladstone to Newport where I could hobble out and see it in person. We took it to my mechanic and had a thorough inspection and I also had a friend who's very "into" this particular model and he gave it a pretty good look-over too. The truck was everything Barry had promised and more. In the past I've always shied away from dealerships, especially for used cars. Had I not met Barry that first day I'd have most likely not returned. He went out of his way to help me and I would absolutely do business with him again. I would have ranked this review higher but, like others have mentioned, there were a couple dunces working there at the time that made misleading statements and caused me frustration and a loss of my time. This all happened when Barry wasn't there to help me. Bottom line - if you want to get personalize attention and you're looking for someone trustworthy - go visit Barry Cook and tell him Greg sent you. Yes, if he sells you a car I get a small referral reward as a customer just like you will. Other than that I have no ties to this business - I'm just a satisfied customer and I would do business with Barry anytime.

I drove here all the way from Beaverton because of the courtesy I was extended when I called to make a service appointment. This was my 2012 iMiev electric's first service- only a 6k mile checkup. Gladstone Mitsubishi was fast and very reasonable in their price. The only thing that kept them from getting 5 stars was that their facilities are very sparse.
