The Service manager, Matt, returned my phone message. He immediately responded to me when I showed up, without an appt. He was just friendly, and helpful, and not manipulative.

I was in the market for a used vehicle that was within budget and after seeing a post online, contacted Gladstone Mitsubishi and was able to work with Brandon. We never thought that buying a Jeep from a Mitsubishi dealer would be so hassle free and low price. Brandon made the process of trading in and buying a new vehicle stress free and pleasant. No long wait line, took my car in for oil change and they supposedly did a car check that they were not able to print the report for, because believe it or not the printers were not working. But they worked long enough to print a receipt of my charges. Promised to email it and never did.
