Justin, Alex, and David were excellent - I can't say enough good things about them. Justin was knowledgeable and worked hard to keep me happy, I appreciated everything he did. I also had excellent interactions and conversations with Alex and David. Justin went above and beyond with the others to make things work. I would warn others however that I found Micheal to be disrespectful and callous about my concerns, questions, and any issues I had. I would recommend friends to Gladstone Mitsubishi, but I would advise them that Micheal is rude and difficult to deal with - he was a blemish in an otherwise great experience

Very friendly no pressure sales staff. They take the time to learn what you want in a car and try to find you the best options and price.

I walked in not expecting to buy a car, but I wanted to get a feel for what I was looking for and see what was out there. This dealership made things so easy for me, absolutely no pressure situation, and really seemed to care about me and what I was going to be driving away with. Being a new car dealership, all of their cars or mechanically sound and asthetically pristine. I ended up getting the deal I wanted, on my terms, and walked away with a car. Very easy to work with and I recommend all my family/friends to these guys after the way they treated me! Go check them out!
