I purchased an Outlander PHEV GT.The entire experience at Mitsubishi Gladstone was a pleasure. Everyone was pleasant & professional, but Justin made ALL the difference.As is always the case when a large purchase made, there were a few moments where things could've gone in a different direction, yet he remained calm and exuded a 'this can be addressed' mode. Even though I'm well aware that he works for Gladstone, he managed to tread that magical middle course and won the sale for Gladstone. (I could literally have purchased the vehicle anywhere on the West Coast; I work in the airline industry & can jump on a plane at will if there is a seat available.)Now, I'm a happy Outlander PHEV GT owner!
