Right from the start Justin made this simple. With test drive and deal I was out the door with my new car in 2 hours. Michael in finance got me the rate I wanted and processed it very fast. I have never had a car deal go faster or smoother and I'm 57 years old. I recommend this dealership to all. 100% satisfied. Also I talked to Michael when I was surprised about the amount my insurance company wanted to charge for my new vehicle. He suggested a local agent who cut the cost in half. Great car, great dealership, great people and one very satisfied customer.

Andy was my sales associate for my car purchase. I am a military personnel and getting my financing done was quite the long and difficult process. But Andy and the floor manger, Michael, worked a ridiculous amount of time trying to set up my purchase for my car and I have the best APR I could've asked for for being such a low-income person. My experience here was fantastic and Andy couldn't have been a better help throughout the process at Gladstone Mitsubishi. Great place to buy a car!
