Justin was very helpful, up front and honest. There was no pressure and we were able to take our time and make a well informed decision about the car we were purchasing.
I went with hopes of buying a 2003 Montero XLS. I worked with Jose. He doesn't speak much. After our test drive, he handed me the paper work but i told him before i sign anything, i want to take the car to a 3rd party mechanic. Hesitant at first but then agreed and showed me a paper that descried everything that was wrong. A/C not working, muffler dented and power antana broken. Jose mentioned they were all "cosmetic" issues. I was handed off to Leo, who was a great stand up guy, who drove the car to the mechanic. An hour later, the mechanic told me what was wrong. The timing belt, $900 fix. There was a leak that was covered up in the coolant which he mentioned was a red flag. Back at the dealership, i mentioned to Jose what was unconvered which he replied they can fix. I didnt feel comfortable buying the vehicle so i declined. All in all it was a good experience, just glad i found out what was wrong before buying.
I can only speak to their Service department but Don is amazing at what he does. He's very accommodating, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I usually like to do my own work on my cars but Don makes it so easy for me to come in it's a no brainier.
We had a good experience. Everything was very simple and hassle free! We worked with Chris and he was very nice and had a great sales demeanor. We purchased a used car and had a sensor issue when We left the lot... we worked with service manager chris and again they fixed it no hassle! We are very happy with our experience and our purchase!
Very quick and easy. Justin was awesome and made it easy for me to understand my deal. Micheal was very fast and helpful with all the financials. Love it will be maintaing my relationships with them!
