I had a great experience with Gladstone Mitsubishi. I met with Chris and he was very friendly. I expected your typical salesman but was pleasantly surprised by how laid back my experience was. Great prices and great service. Highly recommended. They got a return customer coming from me.

First experience here. Worked with Jon when looking at, then ultimately purchasing, a used truck.Dealership had a superior selection of used trucks.My purchase experience with Jon was wonderful. Friendly, fun, low pressure professional. He helped us find the truck we were looking for, with the features we wanted, at a great price. He was a good sport when we visited on the rainiest day I can recall.Vehicle has 90 day warranty plan and based on my experience thus far, I anticipate I would have no customer service issues if the vehicle required a return visit.

Couldn't have been more pleased with buying a car from Dave Gehl at Gladstone Mitsubishi! The process was quick and straightforward. Dave was very helpful, and I felt no pressure from him (which I found very refreshing compared to other dealerships). The dealership offered more than a fair price for my trade in and worked quickly to get pretty much the exact deal I was looking for.
