I recently worked with Christian on the purchase of my used truck. Christian was very professional and provided a 100% hassle free purchase/trade-in experience. I have bought many cars over the years at many different dealerships, but I can honestly say this was the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had! I highly recommend Gladstone Mitsubishi, and definitely ask for Christian to help you out, you wont be disappointed!

Long story short. My most recent car died on me. So my boyfriend and I went hunting and had to find me one fast. Like over the weekend fast. Which, if you are shopping for a car, that's not really the speed you want to get at. But I needed one asap. We worked with Shawn Wright and he was such a joy to work with. Good old Texan dude. Super friendly. Veteran car salesman. Knows what he's talking about. Worked with me and my score and a small down payment of about $1,500. I love my little car. She gets excellent gas mileage and has economy mode which helps me save on even more gas. He was a great guy and I know well be back for my boyfriend when he decides to buy a car. Thanks Gladstone!

Had an overall great experience at Gladstone Mitsubishi. Traded in a vehicle for another. Salesman Shawn was great and made us feel like we where good friends with him. Let us take our time to check out the vehicle. Didn't push us into buying anything. Others there from sales manager to finance guy was great and friendly with our girls while we looked over the paperwork. Explained things in detail. Overall a great place and we would recommend it there.

I just loved how seamless it was. I felt very safe waiting in their clean waiting area and appreciated all staff wearing their mask properly. As an immunocompromised individual I was really nervous to come it, glad I had such a wonderful experience!

Matt, Brendon, Jim and Chris went above and beyond my expectations. Great place to do bisiness!
