Bought a Ford F-150 from Brandon. He did a great job finding what we wanted and being flexible with taking the truck for a longer than usual test drive to show my wife who wasn't with me during the purchase. Also liked the warrantee options.
The customer service is EXCELLENT. They are patient, kind, and overall give you an amazing experience. Deb is amazing and shows so much care and compassion. Brandon and Alec are so helpful and have AMAZING service. Highly recommend!!!
As long as Alec and Brandon are around.. . I will have faith in the next generation of our "economy".. the USA's . Great hire! I'm a grouchy old lady...but they took care of my mother......and made HER...happy! Also, it's our second new Mitsubishi.....why'd we wait so long?
Great service and communication from the shop at Gladstone Mitsubishi. My iMiev electric vehicle had a battery fault, and the replacement part would have been extremely expensive if not under warranty. The service team went about and beyond in following up with Mitsubishi Japan to inquire as to why it was NOT showing up as under warranty. Their perseverance paid off and Mitsubishi finally agreed that is was a covered item. I can't express enough what a relief this was. It pretty much saved us our car! The repair happened quickly and we were very satisfied. Thanks so much!
