My second time getting a car here! John always takes care of me. Eddie was great this time around too. I had my two year old with me and I felt totally welcome and the guys all helped me with my son so I could do paperwork and car shop! Always a great crowd!

I bought a 2018 ford explorer from here in may for my girlfriend and I had paul schmitchel as my sales person. He was super nice, very friendly and helpful, i couldnt have had a better salesman. 2 months later, after going to a couple different car lots, i found myself back at gladstone mitsubishi purchasing a 2016 ford explorer. Their customer service is so much better than the other lots i went too. Mario (the financial person) was great throughout the whole process as well. I was glad to do business with them and will definitely be coming back when we decide to get another car.

FASTEST, SMOOTHEST CAR PURCHASE I'VE EVER DONE. I was pleasantly surprised how easy I was able to complete the car buying process, which notoriously can be long and drawn out based on my many previous buying experiences at dealers over the years. We didn't have a lot of spare time ourselves, so they really made it happen fast. Our salesman Shawn was friendly and chill. And I felt like they were straight shooters with us about price, etc. We bought a slightly used 2018 Dodge Journey GT. It was super clean and we're very happy with it. Thanks guys!
