I just bought my truck at Gladstone Mitsubishi and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Brandon was helping us and he made everything super simple. We where in and out in about an hour. They where the ONLY lot we went to that actually had the advertised vehicles as well. I really can't say enough about how happy I am with the experience. I hope we can find our next car there!
Debbie was amazing. She really helped me get into a car I love and I do not regret walking into Mitsubishi dealership. I have never considered Mitsubishi as a car I'd buy but definitely will recommend everyone to buy one and to see Debbie.
I've been truck shopping for a while and I found a 2018 Ford F150 and I really wanted a Ford vehicle I don't have great credit and I tried to purchase the truck through Matthew sales man the place was weird the truck was waiting for me when I arrived he handed me the keys and said if you want to take it for a drive feel free and I said aren't you going to come he said no with the Covid we just let you drive OK since I've had three force before I decided I know what I want I don't need to drive it I just need to get out of my Ford edge into a truck, we chatted for a few minutes and then he sent me out a table and then he walked away back to his desk and I just sat there no chitchat no how are you doing no nothing other than would you like a glass of water, comes back about 30 minutes later and says we can't get to the financing and where you would like to be the truck is more than your asking to pay but we do have a couple of Dodge pick ups that are very nice so I went and looked at two of those one was dark blue and the other one was black I really wanted a red vehicle but they didn't have one there and I decided on buying the 2016 Dodge 1500 Supercab, so I sit down again Matthew 20 minutes later comes back with a piece of paper sit sit down and says we'd like to have $3000 down and your car which I was wanting $4000 for my car and we stickered back-and-forth so they basically stole my trade-in granite I owe $1200 left on it but by this time I was determined that I needed the truck because of my living circumstances they decided fine I'll give you $3000 down you pay off my car and then I have a nice new four-wheel-drive truck I don't have to worry about so I agreed, About 30 minutes later Brandon finance man came out and asked me some questions then went back to his office why I was sitting at this table all by myself for two hours now comes back with a contract and says well it's gonna cost you $500 for the antitheft the little stickers on the windows in case of chop shop get your car the edge on the windows would keep them from being sold I said I don't want none of that well it's on the car already and there's nothing we can do I said I don't want it and I argued with them all right then he comes up and says he wants $1800 for a two year service contract I said I do not want your service your contract I don't want it and then he got stubborn and refused take no for an answer I finally had enough of it and said fine just to get the paperwork done and get the hell out because I'm four hours there then I noticed there was a thing from Ally $800 charge for gap insurance I said I don't need gap insurance they said well capital one who's going to finance you is requiring you to have gap insurance I said I don't think so and he said yes to the bank requires you to have gap insurance so I said whatever so in the meantime I get home after taking delivery of the truck I called back the next morning talk to Brandon and said look capital one does not need me to have gap insurance I do not want gap insurance, I do not want auto theft and I do not want your warranty and he basically threw a fit I said I want to truck the truck only take all the other shit off because I am canceling everything on Monday and he was demanding that I buy this extra shit, So I finally got him to stop the service contract which was $1800 for 12 months 12,000 mile warranty and folks don't buy into it I got car shield 2016 Dodge four-wheel-drive bumper to bumper warranty for the life that I own the vehicle get this the life he could have 200,000 miles he could have 250,000 miles as long as I didn't change the contract of car shield it was bumper to bumper warranty for $63 a month no 12,000 not 12 month then sorry your warranty doesn't this, so in the long run I am happy I got a new truck I'm sorry Brandon got all pissy because I didn't make them no money on the gap insurance anti-theft insurance and the warranty which is a rip off so I paid for just the truck only the truck so the only profit they made for me was stealing my trade-in and a little bit of cash money on top of the price of the vehicle of the truck which blue booked at the price that I paid so people be aware don't buy the antitheft don't buy the gap insurance and don't buy their warranty get it after the fact it'll save you about $3000 other than that I've been very happy except for them just leaveIng me alone, for 4 hrs
Went to look and left with a great transaction on a used toyota tundra. No pressure, friendly staff, and they actually listened vs trying to sell me something I didn't want.
From start to finish it was an amazing experience. Jake was fantastic, not pushy, no games, got what we wanted for out trade in and the whole process from test drive to walking out with the keys to our new truck, was under 3 hours. Thank you to everyone at Gladstone Mitsubishi. We will be back!
