Great service and Ray was helpful and felt lIke he was real with us.

I've purchased from Gladstone Mitsubishi previously and had a good experience. So we returned again. Our sales man Dave was so pleasant to work with and very patient as we looked and tested our favorites. No high pressure from him at all! He was sensitive to our time constraints and the deal came together quickly. Them we went through the process of being passed through two others for finalizing financing paperwork and learning the details of the vehicles. We got it done in the day, from first look through to finish of paperwork on two vehicles was about 5 hours. Although it's never an easy job to look for and process the purchase of vehicles, this was about as painless as it gets. Great selection of certified vehicles, a long time trusted mechanic who I've followed ( Matt) who shoots straight, and great warranty coverages is why we returned. - June and Mark L
