The experience I had was amazing with Chase P. It was as easy as possibly be, there were some hiccups but Chase and Steve did everything they could to make the my trade in and purchase of a new Dodge Charger as smooth as can be, I will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I bought my car here and they made the experience easy and pain free. The service is always quick! Today I was scheduled for an oil change- which I was 20 minutes late to. The staff was understanding and accommodated me fully without hassling me about being tardy. I think that says a lot about their personality. I recommend all friends and family here!

Had an excellent experience at Gladstone Mitsubishi! Chase was incredibly helpful for me and my husband with our first ever new car purchase. He made the whole process so simple and easy!
