Gladstone Mitsubishi stayed open late to help me get the best deal on the vehicle I didn't think I would be going home with. They were personable, patient, understanding, and great with follow up on the vehicle after I purchased it. On top of this, when I did need my Jeep serviced during my warranty period they helped me out and covered the expenses.I am not saying everyone's experience will be identical to mine, but I am saying as a first time car purchase this was a fabulous experience. Thank you to the guys and gals at Gladstone Mitsubishi who got me into a great vehicle for a great deal.

Ray was great and had us in and out. I got exactly what I wanted. Our family will be back to purchase in the future and we will be recommending Ray and Gladstone Mitsubishi to all our family & friends. Thanks to Damon as well. Update 3/12/17: Right as I pulled off the lost I had to come back because the radio was not working. Ray took me to the mechanics in the back and they fixed it in about 30 minutes. I wish I had realized before leaving that there was no gas in the car, it would have been nice to buy a new car with at least half if not a full tank. Today is day 2 and 2 of the tires are already low.
